All orders received through the Amazing Products website are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 3-4 working days of receiving the order. If the products are out of stock, your ordered items will go through a production process. The production period may vary according to the number and quantity of products, typically taking 1-4 weeks.

All your orders will be dispatched via DHL Courier Service. For customers in Russia, Brazil, Argentina, and other countries where DHL does not deliver surgical instruments to individuals, products will be shipped via EMS Post Service. All other clients will receive their products safely through DHL. A DHL representative will deliver your products to your doorstep, with no additional tax or custom charges. DHL delivery charges will be automatically added to your invoice at checkout.

Note: For larger orders, we also offer Airport-to-Airport delivery with competitive freight rates via Air Cargo Emirates, Qatar Airways, British Airways, and Pakistan International Airlines.
